“As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you” Isaiah 66:13. May we honor our Mothers and Grandmothers by remembering what they have done for us and letting them know. This Mother’s day will you wear a rose for your mother? A white one if she has gone on to be with the Lord and a red one if she is still living. If you are in need of comfort today here is a poem for you:
A Very Present Help
“He is helping me now this moment, though I may not see it or hear, perhaps by a friend far distant, perhaps by a stranger near, perhaps by a spoken message, perhaps by the printed word: in ways that I know and know not, I have the help of the Lord.” Annie Johnson Flint.
Remember you are special to the Lord.
